June 3 - Online registration has closed. Thank you to all those who registered. Registration
still available at packet pickup and race day. There is no tshirt guarantee at this point.
June 2 - Online registration closes tonight at midnight. Registration will be available at packet
pickup and race day. Tshirts are not guaranteed for anyone who does not register online.
June 1 - Online registration closes at midnight tomorrow. Last recorded surface water temp
was 71 degrees. Hot days are upon us which may increase water temp between now and
race day. Plan accordingly. Prerace packets will be sent out soon.
May 28 - Last day to register before price increase. Online registration closes on June 2.
Registration will also be available at packet pickup with cash and check only.
May 28 - Must give thanks to a few special groups: Indiana Running Company for hosting
packet pickup and managing the run course. Bloomington Swim Club for providing a great deal
of volunteer support. Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for being a great partner in making this
happen.
May 27 - Had a very encouraging visit with DNR at the race site the other day. There is still a
bit of water but there will be a swim and the full race is still on.
May 26 - Hope everyone is okay after the crazy storms that went through Bloomington.
May 22 - Packet Pickup will be at the Indiana Running Company this year in the heart of
downtown Bloomington. 121 N. College Ave.

Packet Pickup will also be available on race morning at the race site. Please try to pick up your
packet the day before.
May 17 - New Oly Course announced. The old course has one too many potholes/craters. The
new course will be an out and back w/ a small 2 loop section that will be challenging, very safe,
and fun.
Oct. 23 - Fourwinds Hotel Resort and Marina confirmed as 2011 Host Hotel. Only $95 to stay in
a resort on Lake Monroe that's walking distance from the start line.
April 26 - Race Director Andre Phillips is now officially USAT Race Director Certified
April 21 - Changes coming to this year's race including revamped aid stations, finish line, and
transition area.
April 21 - Welcome back Hammer Nutrition. Look for Hammer Nutrition products along the
course in goodie bags.
March. 5 - REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR HOOSIERMAN, HOOSIERWOMAN AND HOOSIERKIDZ.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for 2011.
Sept. 25 - Watch out for some new exciting races from Hoosierman Events and
Runnertainment coming for 2011.
August 31 - Hoosierman 2011 date is set for June 5. Mark your calendars. The race will be
updated with improved wave start times and a new hydration station.

June 14 - Thanks everybody for a great race. It was nice to see so many of you out there. We
were excited to be able to offer you an olympic course. Results are posted on the results
page.
June 29 - Next event is the S.W.A.T Tri on September 11 at Chain O'Lakes State Park in Albion,
IN. This race is a benefit for the local police and SWAT forces. There will be a sprint/olympic and
collegiate championship race among amazing demonstrations from the SWAT team. It will be

Apr. 11 - Group ride this Saturday 4/17 at 9. Meet at the beach at Fairfax. We will ride the
sprint course.
